“To me “Be your own vogue” is a artistic way of saying be yourself. Being that my career is fashion related I️ see it all the time when people want to follow trends and what’s considered to be “in” and “out” of style and it’s unfortunate. People should be who they want to be and apart of that should be people wearing whatever they feel like. Apart of leadership is taking a stand for something you believe in and creating your own trend that others follow. Never be the follower and always the leader. Everyone and anyone can dress. What looks good to someone may look horrible to someone else. It’s all about the eye of the person. Everyone’s different and no one can be anyone else but themselves so it’s important that everyone “be their own vogue”. ”
